    The Board to request the Superintendent to do his duty required by Board Bylaw 9123 and appoint a Board Parliamentarian.

    And, further more than the Board amend its Board Bylaw 9123 Parliamentarian to make the appointment of the Board's Parliamentarian a duty of the Board's President with the consent of the Board.
