17-0023 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Ariel Benavides, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional 167 hours of service, as described in the Agreement's Scope of Work, for additional amount not to exceed $5,000.00, increasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $36,000.00 to $41,000.000 and extending the term of the Contract from August 16, 2016 through June 16, 2017 to June 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
