17-0105 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement Less Than $87,700 between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide geotechnical observation, materials testing and special inspection services, in conjunction with the Kaiser Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 13, 2017 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $19,836.00.
