16-2764 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Spencer Mead, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services in the areas of financial reporting and auditing , including but not limited to preparation and completion of Interim Financial Reports, the Adopted Budget Report, the Unaudited Actuals Report and the Audit Report, supporting the Budget Department, while certain positions are vacant or employees are on leave, for the period of November 11, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
