16-2685 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Jamie Lee, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to develop and implement a systematic procedure for receiving records regarding identified students; serve through consultation and conferences with the regular classroom teacher; serve through consultation and conferences with the Title I instructional Technology Consultant to assist in participation in computer-assisted instruction and alternate learning modality program; participate in a Title I instructional program; establish channels of communication between school staff and counterparts (including teachers and staff) carrying student development programs, as appropriate, to facilitate coordination of programs; conduct meetings involving parents, elementary teachers, to discuss the developmental and other needs of identified students; organize and participate in joint transition-related training of school staff, where appropriate, and other student development programs; and link the educational services provided by local educational agency with the services provided to identified students and families, at St. Elizabeth Elementary School, via the Office of Partnership Accountability, for the period of December 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
