16-2600 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide services as set forth in the Master Agreement between County of Alameda, Health Care Services Agency and the District (Board approved, October 28, 2015, Legislative File No. 15-2144, Enactment No. 15-1736) to implement school-based health centers to promote the health and well-being of students, via the Community School and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $180,000.00.
