16-2594 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Keith Welch, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to work with District's Research, Assessment & Data Department (RADD) and approximately ten Community Partners providing literacy services in District to 1) identify students served; 2) ensure the students are matched to AERIES student ID; and 3) work with partners to collect attendance or dosage information where possible; 4) ensure that data exchanges between RADD and partners proceed completely, smoothly, in a timely manner, and according to research agreements, via the RADD, for the period of December 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $7,000.00.
