16-2572 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Joanna Locke, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide copy editing for California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) tools; develop and edit communications to school sites regarding CHKS administration; develop case studies and other tools to support sites and District departments to use CHKS data for program development; update CHKS Manual, as needed, to guide CHKS administration in future years; collect program information from program leads and other stakeholders and develop final draft of 2017-18 Community Schools and Health and Wellness Guide, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.
