17-0004 Approval by Board of Education of Employment Agreement for Services (EAS) between District and Devin Dillion, PhD, as Interim Superintendent of Schools, as described in EAS, effective January 12, 2017, with Dillion, currently Deputy Superintendent, Academics and Social Emotional Learning, working in a transitional role between January 12, 2017 and January 31, 2017; and assuming responsibilities of Superintendent under Education Code Section 35035, as Interim Superintendent, beginning February 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, at an annualized base salary of $250,000.00, prorated to $117,628.07, for the period of January 12, 2017 through June 30, 2017, plus stipends and health and welfare benefits at current levels.
