Lyons, Walnut Creek, CA, for additional work due to District requested improvements and DSA or Agency requested changes, for water intrusion mitigation measures at the roof and exterior walls of Classroom Building B, for Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, in the additional amount not to exceed $87,556.80, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $125,000.00 to $212,556.80. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
