16-2544 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Executive On Loan Agreement between the District and Urban Strategies Council, Oakland, CA, which provides strategic executive consultants to the District who support key functions in Business and Operations under the direction of the Senior Business Officer, to increase the current Agreement funding by an additional amount not to exceed $172,000. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
