16-2494 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Construction Management Services between District and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide Construction Management Services, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing December 1, 2016 and concluding no later than November 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00.
