16-2282 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Reading Partners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a tutoring program that will enable students who are below reading levels to have one to one reading partners, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, at REACH Academy, for the period September 30, 2016 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $12,500.00.
