16-2273 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Higher Ground Neighborhood Development Corp, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide group rehabilitation services to students, including teaching techniques that help control and manage anger, noncompliance impulse control, pro social skills, grief and loss, to increase students social and emotional functioning while increasing the feeling of being in a healthy, safe and supportive environment, at RISE Community School, for the period September 8, 2016 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
