16-2243 Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Contract for Construction Services under $45,000, Awarded Pursuant to CUPPCCAA, Contract No. 16114, by and between the District and Leonard's Construction, San Jose, CA, for the latter to provide removal of existing play matting from play structures that have been surveyed by Building & Grounds as damaged, installation of new Sofsurfaces tile, in conjunction with the Joaquin Miller Elementary School Play Matting Replacement Project, commencing on November 10, 2016 and concluding no later than January 10, 2017, in an amount not-to exceed $26,600.00.
