16-2288 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for School Pupil Activity Bus Transportation Services between District and Delta Charter, for the latter to provide School Pupil Activity Bus ("SPAB") transportation services to school sites and programs for local/short trips and longer distance overnight trips, extending the term of the Agreement from August 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
