16-2213 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Fetterman & Associates, San Jose, CA, for the latter to serve in an advisory and consulting capacity for the Measure N Action Research Evaluation (ARE) Management Team, focusing, advising and consulting on: Evaluation system design, management of the overall evaluation, conduct of the overall evaluation, Empowerment Evaluation Principles & Practices, enrollment strategies for teams, sites, students, community partners, etc., convenings, network sharing & learning, presentations, summits, nesting AR projects within the larger evaluation, data collection, data management, data analysis, and reporting; six times annually, co-facilitate (with our AR Planning and Management Team) either at school sites or at cross-site convenings; communicate via Google hang-out's monthly with the Measure N Evaluation Management Team and attend four face-to-face meetings annually to provide technical support, one of which is to support summative (annual) reporting, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the period of September 01, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
