16-2194 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and Russ Ballati, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours for enrollment technology upgrade, enrollment school apply, enrollment school finder and project management methodology, in an additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $37,410.00 to $75,410.00 and extending the term of the Contract from July 1, 2016 through September 9, 2016 to December 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
