16-2191 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Software Project Consulting Inc., Piedmont, CA, for the latter to provide data solutions for very complex work around Options, initial CELDT Testing, Parent Notification Letters, reporting of space and assignments to schools and principals, all of the foregoing in relation to assignment of students to school sites for enrollment through the lottery process and the execution of state mandated mailings to parents (PNL), and the eligible English Language Learners, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 15, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
