16-2210 Approval by the Board of Education of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between District and the East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services from its Menu of Service Option 2 - Full Service Community School Manager at Garfield Elementary School, and its Menu of Service Option 4 - Full Service Community School Manager to work as a Family Advocate for intensive case management for twenty five or more chronically absent families serving both Garfield and Roosevelt Middle School, respectively, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in an amount not to exceed of $166,031.00.
