16-2133 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Joe Bates, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as a Behavioral interventionist to observe and interact with individuals, groups and communities to assist with the healthy functioning of students while at school, as specified in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Skyline High School, for the period of August 22, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
