16-2087 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Refugee Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide two (2) parent English as a Second Languages classes four (4) days a week and coordinate all volunteers - recruitment, training, support, and monitoring - at Oakland International High School, for the term September 12, 2016 through June 24, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $58,000.00.
