16-2083 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to be reimbursed for payment to the Division of State Architect of the application fee to expedite the review process, in conjunction with the Various Sites Prop 39 Energy Efficiency Project, in an amount not-to exceed $9,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Agreement from $113,150.00 to $122,150.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
