16-2091 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement between the Kaiser Foundation Hospital Fund for Community Benefit Programs at the East Bay Community Foundation and District (Agreement No. 20132201), clarifying the breakdown of the grant funding allocation for the 2015 2016 fiscal year as $3,333,333.00 ($2,833,333.00 to the District and $500,000.00 to the Oakland Public Education Fund) of the $10,000,000.00 grant, awarded in May, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
