16-1944 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Maxim Health Systems, LLC, Columbia, MD, for the latter's health personnel to work with OUSD to conduct seasonal flu vaccinations at OUSD elementary schools, school-based health centers and early childhood education sites during the Fall 2016 Shoo the Flu Program, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, at no cost to the District.
