16-1883 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement between District and Seth Eckstein, Staff Attorney, as follows: effective September 1, 2016, increasing salary to $135,000.00 and assuming satisfactory performance during the 2016-17 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2017, the salary shall be set at $140,000.00 per year; and, in addition to duties in Article 2, employee is designated as the point of contact and legal advisor for all Talent/Human Resources issues. All other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement remain in full force and effect.
