16-1932 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Ronald Williams II, Oakland, CA, for the latter to assist in the development of policies and procedures for the District's capital assets program to ensure compliance with Board Policies, and State and Federal regulations; provide programmatic and analytical support in the area of capital assets; assist in the development of short and long range plans for Risk Management staffing including the development of and revisions to current and proposed job descriptions and perform additional duties as assigned in support of Risk Management Department, for the period July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $19,500.00.
