16-1914 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Environmental Services between the District and Hertz Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services including acting as the District's Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Practitioner (SWPPP), including but not limited to conducting inspection, monitoring and completing required documents in compliance with the Construction General Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ, in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Expansion New Construction Project, in an additional amount not-to exceed $11,300.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $9,350.00 to $20,650.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
