16-1873 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Gap Technology, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: 1) Assist with the planning, design, implementation, and testing of the Escape System, as described; 2) conduct analysis and provide recommendations for integration design and implementation, as described; 3) assist the Escape project managers with ongoing project planning efforts, including project task scheduling, resource planning, and identification of risks and risk mitigation strategies; 4) participate in project meetings with Escape stakeholders and vendors; 5) provide ongoing expertise and knowledge transfer to the Technology Services Team, as described; 6) provide assistance with other new IFAS and Escape projects as required, via the Technology Services Department, for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $86,400.00.
