16-1909 Approval by the Board of Education of an Amendment No. 2, for Architectural Services between the District and Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., Palo Alto, CA, for the latter to provide construction documents for stucco replacement, technical specifications, meetings, site visits, submittal review and responding to RFI's, structural engineer will document damage and develop structural framing repairs, in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, in an additional amount not-to exceed $69,480.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $60,820.00 to $130,300.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
