16-1918 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and William Winston, Oakland, CA, for the latter to consult and provide services in collaboration with Directors, Managers and Program Coordinators in Teaching and Learning, and New Teacher Support-Intern Partnership Program; Student Teaching Practica; BTSA Induction Program-regarding university partnership agreements; write, process, and maintain Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) with partner colleges and universities; and maintain communications with university and college personnel, via the Office of Educator Effectiveness, for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
