16-1875 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Moira De Nike Consulting, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide facilitation of VRP Lead Meetings; quarterly meetings with each VRP lead; report writing; board presentations and executive summary; ongoing project management; and planning, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2016 through September 29, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
