16-1874 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Tara Umemoto, Berkeley, CA, for the latter, 1) under direction, to lead wellness champion tracking and evaluation systems; 2) create materials and tools to support wellness champions and wellness in schools; 3) manage Bike Blender Calendar and Resources; 4) Attend Wellness Council and other meeting as needed; and 5) support Safe Routes to School Focus Area, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 8, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $24,990.00.
