16-1733 Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Work Contract (CUPCAA) between the District and W.E. Lyons, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide demolition, mold remediation, sheathing and framing repair, and stucco repair at the east wall; at the roof, destruction testing will be performed and subsequent repairs will be made, in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, more specifically delineated in the scope of services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing August 25, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $125,000.00.
