16-1682 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Contract for Construction Services Over $45,000.00 and Up To $175,000.00 Awarded Pursuant To CUPCCAA, Contract No. 16118 between the District and G & G Builders, Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to provide installation of two new play structures and 3,072 sq. ft. of play matting, in conjunction with the Lowell Proposition 39 Charter Facility Equity Project, more specially delineated in the scope of service in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing August 11, 2016, and concluding no later than June 22, 2017 in an amount not-to exceed $47,265.99.
