16-1676 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional monitoring services for lead abatement in conjunction with the Burbank Schoolyard Improvement & Accessibility Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $2,940.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $6,976.00 to $9,916.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
