16-1675 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., Palo Alto, CA, for the latter to provide project management, coordination and roof water, destructive testing for water intrusion repair at school site in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,770.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $52,050.00 to $60,820.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
