16-1670 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and Aurora Environmental Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct environmental air testing for Room 124 after destructive demolition, analysis and reporting; inspect and/or test for mold when the wall and ceiling are open; if mold is present, clean up specifications will be provided to the remediation contractor; upon remediation test and inspect for clearance, in conjunction with the McClymonds Adult Education Move Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 11, 2016 and concluding no later than September 9, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $5,701.00.
