16-1664 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract for Construction Services Under $45,000 Awarded Pursuant To CUPCCAA, Contract No. 16124 between District and Restoration Management, Hayward, CA, for the latter to perform detail cleaning of non-asbestos, remove ceiling tile, drywall and clean the open ceiling cavity, detail clean the open cavity and classroom for testing purposes, in conjunction with the McClymonds Adult Education Move Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 11, 2016 and concluding no later than September 9, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $1,784.50.
