16-1662 Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract for Construction Services Under $45,000 Awarded Pursuant To CUPCCAA, Contract No. 16120, between District and Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for the latter to move, remove and install cubicles as specified in the Lakeview internal moves plan; move any remaining partitions to an on-site storage container; provide fax, telephone and data cables as specified in Lakeview internal moves plan; safe-off cubicle power, in conjunction with the Lakeview Proposition 39 Charter Facility Equity Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 11, 2016 and concluding no later than September 9, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $11,880.00.
