16-1661 Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Small Construction (CUPCCAA) for Services Under $45,000, Contract No. 15105 between District and Bay Construction Company, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform removal of sections of existing lawn and installation of crushed granite prior to the installation of new tables, in conjunction with the Frick Middle School Intensive Support Site Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 10, 2016 and concluding no later than August 22, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $23,000.00.
