16-1658 Ratification by the Board of Education, pursuant to Enactment No. 16-1209, adopted June 22, 2016, of Amendment No.1, Special Education School Bus Transportation Services Agreement between the District and First Student Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide transportation services for students with special needs, for the period July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2018, in an amount not to exceed an additional $2,000,000 total over the 2016-17 and 2017-2018 school years. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
