16-1617 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Contract for Construction Services Over $45,000 and Up To $175,000, Awarded Pursuant to CUPCCAA, Contract No. 16121, by and between the District and Bond Pavement Solutions, San Jose, CA, for the latter to remove and replace approximately 9.524 sq. ft. of failed pavement up to a depth of 4 inches, remove 576 sq. ft. of rubber mat on pavement surface and pave with hot mix asphalt, clean playground surface totaling approx. 32,000 sq. ft. with power equipment, apply 2 coats of Overkote Pavement Sealer with sand to surface, paint playground markings (hopscotch, basketball, 4 square, black/yellow grid, foot print layout) based upon site approved layout, in conjunction with the Sherman Urban Montessori Proposition 39 Charter Facility Equity Project, commencing June 23, 2016 and concluding no later than September 9, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $65,990.00.
