16-1656 Approval by the Board of Education of a Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literacy activities in its capacity as a Comprehensive After School Program Lead Agency, at school sites to be determined, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 20, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $3,750,000.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the MMOU.
