16-1456 Public Hearing and Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1617-0026 - Approving An Increase In Statutory School Facility Fees (Level 1) Imposed On New Residential and Commercial Industrial Construction pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995 on development projects within the boundaries of the District for the purpose of funding the construction or reconstruction of school facilities, applicable to new commercial and industrial construction, to new residential construction, and, to the extent of increases in assessable space, to other residential construction as provided by law.
