16-1532 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and Denise Keller, MA BCBA, for the latter to provide workshops/trainings to OUSD Program for Exceptional Children on the use of restraint and seclusion for students with moderate to severe disabilities and development of positive programming for proactive interventions that are designed to prevent the use of restraint and seclusion, for the period July 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
