16-1269 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services for its Menu Option O: Full Service Community Schools, to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 200 students for the after school program at Sankofa Academy, for the period July 1, 2015 through August 19, 2016, in the amount of $60,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $231,144.00 to $291,644.00. All other terms and conditions of the ISA/MMOU remain in full force and effect.
