16-1136 Ratification by the Board of Education for Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Grace Persico, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide attendance database setup support for the Expanded Learning Unit via the Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of February 15, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in the amount of $4,464.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $25,490.00, to $29,954.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
