16-1378 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and SPAAT (Student Program for Academic and Athletic Transition), Oakland, CA, for the latter to support a wide variety of interventions that will ultimately prepare students for college, career and life after sports, as described in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $16,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $16,500.00 to $33,000.00, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the term September 1, 2015 through June 9, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
