16-1480 Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Contract for Construction Services Over $45,000.00 and Up To $175,000.00 Awarded Pursuant TO CUPCCAA - Contract Number 16109 - between the District and Leonard's Construction, San Jose, CA., for the latter to provide removal of existing playground matting at one (1) play structure and installation of new Sof Surfaces playground tiles at the same structure, in conjunction with the Madison Lower Campus and Garfield School Play Matting Project, commencing from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed following Board of Education approval, concluding no later than August 6, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $165,765.00.
